Wadestown - Prepare Area for Fake Lawn Laying.

I need the area shown in the photos prepared for fake lawn to be laid. I would think some builders mix, and then some sand, compacted down, over the existing hard packed dirt. The area is about 4 x 1.5 meters, and is about 5 cms deep. I will lay the fake lawn. The site has easy access with drive on access.
