Concreting for spa

We are putting in a spa and have created a pad with gravel filled natural paving. However the spa installer has strongly recommended we put down a concrete screed to ensure a perfectly level surface on the top. The natural paving is sitting on 250mm compacted basecourse and sand. Total area to be concreted = 4 m2 approx. Issue is we live up 86 stairs from road! Ideally looking for the job to be done asap.
