Concrete Sanding 210sqm

I am looking for a quote for a 210sqm space that has concrete floors with an acrylic paint on it. The floors have mild indents and bumps on them in places. I am hoping to see how much it would cost to sand these flat to a point where the old paint is removed also so that I could then possibly put a new non-acrylic paint job down. I would also be interested in seeing an alternative quote for if I were to instead - have the floor sanded to a point of polished concrete.
