Garage Slab Construction

I am relocating a garage and need a new 7.2 x 4.8 metre slab for it. Option 1. Complete all aspects of the job. eg digger, boxing, supply materials, pour and finish. Option 2. Digger work only and removal of surplus topsoil. Option 3 . Pouring and finishing concrete plus cutting. The approved slab is a basic design, 100mm slab with 150 wide x 200 high. 1 D12 bar around and mesh under slab with polyethylene , over leveling sand and or shellrock. Top soil is easy digging soft clay base.
