I have a requirement for a 12 x 6 garage pad on a flat section with great access. Surface soil removed, 300 mm height difference across the 12m. Boxing material, plastic sheeting, steel, etc already on site. Will need more sand (circa 24 m3). Requires council inspection. Price for foundations prep to council standards only and also for prep and pour. 100 mm pad with 300 mm footings
