Kia ora, I have indoor concrete floors in a residential home which unfortunately have been left in a state by tenants. Have tried to clean the floors manually but the dirt & grime's not lifting. Either professional concrete cleaning will clear it or a grind & polish? Unsure which @ this stage. I attach photos. Keen to get them looking good again. Thanks
