Crack repair see photos. Geotech expert advised foundations ok and Crack is not structural. Need repair to be sealed with flexible and waterproof sealant as water comes in in extreme weather. Was thinking Sika Inkection 304 as an option. Not sure of Crack is active but don't think so.
