Concrete Pad for Shed

Concrete pad requirements: 1. We would appreciate a specifically size pad for our custom shed which is currently being built. The only technical part of this pad design is that it needs to accommodate a water meter (e.g. boxed around the water meter as specified in photos). 2. The pad needs to be a little smaller than the shed. The exact concrete dimensions need to be 2190 (L )x 2190 (W) mm 3. Thickness of 100mm. 4. The pad needs to be proud of the surrounding ground 5. The pad needs to be level and square. 6. There needs to be polythene under the concrete pad to prevent moisture ingression 7. The job will require minor earth works required to level the surface for concrete laying. I estimate that there is currently about 0.5 cubic meters of soil and vegetation that will need to be removed in order for the site to be levelled. As a note it is important for shed installation that there is a minimum of 80 mm between the outer edge of concrete pad and water meter boxing / cut out. There also needs to be a minimum of 40mm between outer edge of concrete pad and surrounding timber structures as per the pictures attached.
