Job description

Concrete Crack Injection
Waitakere

Hi, we have a small garage (a single car park 6mx3m) that has a concrete floor that (weirdly) looks to be about 4-6 inches below the level it should be. There is even a very large gap beneath the roller door — so not entirely sure what's happened ie whether they never did the job properly in the first place (1970s) or fitted the wrong sized roller door — unsure of what's gone on. The concrete doesn't look to have 'sunk' as such. In the photos there's a rolled carpet covering the gap ie if it wasn't there the door is 6 inches too short from the concrete floor! In the exterior shots you can see the carpet (red stripe through it) sitting against the bottom of the door. There would also need to be some kind of incline outside the shed (at the moment there is just grass outside) in order to drive into the garage if you wanted to? We don't need a driveway leading up to it (maybe just ½ to 1 metre of concrete outside would be OK at this stage) -- in case we decided to extend it to a driveway later (but in order to do that we would need to get a vehicular crossing permit from the council so just the 'bones' of a driveway would be OK for the moment.) Would need the job done sometime after January 20th. Cheers thanks.
