Concrete resurfacing /repair for Community Centre in Henderson

Hi, We have small foyer area in community centre appx 15m L x 6m w- with stairs. That needs some maintainance as its worn out and tired looking needs a face lift. Due to level diffrence at spots has water stagnation issues. See attached photos . We were are a not for profit community centre hence need a cost effective and durable solution.
