Started job as expected but then did not communicate fully that there would be a delay between the ground preparation before the laying of the concrete. Required informing to clean up the area once concrete had been laid due to overspill. Cost was as quoted. Good contact via text. For future jobs - informing the person what the job entails so they are aware of what is involved and when part payment then full payment is required prior to starting the job & cleaning up the area once completed.
