Concrete for water tank

We want to place a water tank down the side of our car port. The area is already partially concreted (from the driveway) so the new concrete would need to be level with this and of the same strength so the tank won't list to one side (tank will be around 5000 ltrs). Area is approx. 7sqm. with a fence on one side and the carport on the other.
