Job description
Make a concrete path 800mm wide by 10 metres long suitable for foot traffic only. The path runs from the driveway alongside a fence and matches up to another path 10 metres away. The path that it follows is currently grassed. You will need to excavate approx 150mm down into the soil, remove the soil from site, lay 75mm basecourse, compact and pour 75mm concrete with steel mesh and broom finish.

Very poor tradesman, I made the mistake of paying him before he'd fully finished - he promised to come back the next day and remove the boxing and clean up, but he never did. I've spent a week and a half chasing him and he's spent a week and a half dodging my phone calls. I managed to get hold of him last week and he promised to come the next day to finish and to clean up the fence that he sprayed concrete over, but he never showed and is no longer answering his phone. Next to where my path was laid was a freshly painted fence - he splattered concrete all over this and it will need waterblasting and repainting. And I will have to dig up and dispose of the boxing myself. Very annoying to end up doing work that you've already paid someone to do and having to repaint because this cowboy was too sloppy to take care. Avoid this cowboy at all costs.
