Concrete Floor and block triple garage

Hi there, I don't have drawings as only at concept feasibility stage, but after an idea of costs for 10 x 6m concrete floor and block sidewalls to 2.4m high. Gap for single and double garage doors. There would be a minor dwelling on top later, so imagine footing etc. will have to be pretty substantial. Block wall will also act as retaining wall - up to approx 1.6m. Assume site will be roughly level. Cheers
