we reinstated a curbside outlet, unfortunately we only reinstated it as the original strip. Auckland Transport now tells us it must be a 1m reinstatement so I need the strip removed without smashing the pipe and a 1m lenght of concrete reinstated. The path is standard surburban width (about 1m I would guess)
