Job description
Need to divert water from car port and seal house from water ingress. Best solution is to build an open drainage channel on one side of the car port and to seal the downhill side of the building against flooding. Water from the gutter is already diverted toward a soak pit, but this can overflow flooding the car port, allowing rainwater to seep into the lower rooms of the house. Need work completed before heavy winter rains arrive

Steve's team did a great job. He appreciated the problem and came up with a practical plan that would both effectively divert rainwater and be cost efficient. Identifying an issue that was not foreseen, we were able to discuss and come up with the best method of diverting the water well away from the house - and at a reasonable cost. The team showed up when they said they would, they prepared the work well, worked in the concrete and cleaned up thoroughly. The bill was right on budget.
