Concrete Repairs - Ranui

We bought a property in 2015 where along with the main house (owner occupied) we also have a garage which has been consented to be turned into a second dwelling. Council inspector has recently visited and advised that the concrete surrounding the building is too high and needs to be lowered in order to comply. Floor area of the dwelling is approx. 65sqm. I am seeking a qualified/experienced drainlayer/concrete layer in order to carry out the work. Would prefer a visit tomorrow to discuss if possible. We are in Ranui, West Akl.
