Concrete crossing

My daughter and partner bought a property with a steep metal driveway off an unsealed road. At the top adjacent to the road the metal is quite lose and can make access difficult (because of spinning). The previous owner has tried to stabilise it with bits of old asphalt. The over-vertical profile is quite tight and I believe could be improved, probably best by providing a concrete crossing. I access that the width at the road edge would be about 5m, tapering down to 3m width over about 5m length. The property is at 32 Jonkers Road, Waitakere, and can be viewed on GoogleMap.
