New Driveway

Bach site on Laingholm Drive with no driveway access. Some site preparation required to remove Nikau etc. Contour map included shows fall of approx 10m from road to potential standing area in front of property for 2 vehicles. Will need retaining walls, some drainage and some levelling. Probably concrete with edging kerb stones.
