Widening existing concrete driveway

We want to widen our existing drive it to make it wide enough for two cars. It’s 10.2 m long, 3.5m at it’s widest in the middle and 2.1m wide by the shared driveway and 2.8m wide by the house - I'd estimate it's about 31m2 (see photos) Need someone to do all the labour, provide all materials and finish it up. No prep has been done. I'd assume it needs to be dug and levelled to 200m, 100m GAP40 compacted, with 100m broom finish top. Not sure if it needs to be reinforced with mesh. There is a water mains for the neighbours running under the driveway at a depth of about a foot, and also there is a new fibre cable running alongside the shared driveway. It would be good if the new pour roughly matched in colour, but we aren’t to fussed about how it looks, really we are just after whatever is cheapest, and probably a broomed finish.
