6.6 x 7.8 (just under to allow hand over) Garage floor slab and footings. Footings 165mm x 300mm min with R10 links at 600CRS and 1 D 12 bar top and bottom , Hardfill 100mm compacted hardfill on natural ground. Slab 100mm 20MPA min on DPM, reinforced mesh with 30mm top cover. Foot paths around garage and driveway extension to meet exsisting drive. Consent is already granted. Need quotes ASAP, garage should be arriving in 4-6 weeks. Council will be checking at foundation stage and concrete stage. Tradesmen to help arrange insepection at appropriate time.
