Concrete Repairs or Replacement
Job description
We have two car-parks in a small shopping centre that need work for Health & Safety reasons. The work includes – 1. Concrete grinding of some raised lips. 2. Replacing an area of broken concrete, maybe 4 metres by 1 metres. 3. Replacing some sections of damaged curbing, maybe 10-12 metres. The photos below are just a sample of what needs to be done. We expect the whole job to be $10,000 to $20,000 – something like that.

There were many delays in getting the job done, which was annoying. But we kept a close eye on the work as it progressed and ended up getting a good job done. Overall, good value for money, I think.
