Vehicle Crossing Replacement

Sorry if my information is a bit vague but we are needing to replace our vehicle crossing and are trying to get quotes put together. This is to satisfy a Council requisition so we can sort out the permit but we are needing the existing vehicle crossing cut up, reboxed to new regulation and poured including footpath. It is standard size at approx 3.5m x 5m (but will confirm exact measurements) If you are able to do this can you please separate the quote out into cut & removal of existing vehicle crossing, boxing ready for first council inspection, then pouring etc ready for final inspection. There is also a possibility of a requirement for a traffic management plan so it would be great if you could let us know if you look after that also, or that we may have to do a Saturday morning pouring so it is set enough to walk on by the Monday.
