Small area of polished concrete to be re-polished.

Hi there, We have a new house build with polished concrete floor. Unfortunately, some wine was spilt and the bleach that was used to remove the wine stain has also removed the polish from the concrete. We now know not to use bleach on polished concrete! A new stain had appeared, too, that we are unable to remove with soap. We would like to have the stain removed and the area re-polished that is dull from the bleach so it is shiny like the rest of the polished concrete in the house. Looking to have this done relatively cheaply (under $250) as we intend to sell soon. Please see attached photos. Many thanks, Matthew.
