Cracking concrete - repair needed.

Hi there. We have a new house build and we had a concrete team lay our concrete driveway. Unfortunately, they have done a rough job around our outside drain (not sure what it is called, but photo is attached). We have asked them three times now for a solution, but nothing has come from it. We are now looking elsewhere for a solution. As you can see, the concrete is cracking quite badly around the drain and there is some kind of white fluffy material coming through. We would like this to be repaired. We also have noticable swirl marks from trowels being used. We were told this will go away, but three months later and they are still there (please see photo). If they can be removed cheaply, we would also look at having this done. Many thanks!
