Cut opening in interior concrete wall

Our house is totally made of concrete, interior walls too. We want to make an opening in the wall between our lounge and kitchen/dining area to improve the flow of the house. The original plans of the house from the LIM shows an opening but somehow when building they decided to fill in the opening, we want to reinstate that opening.
