Two Concrete slabs required - farm workshop and carport

We're after a 6m x 6m concrete slab under an existing carport - will need a small amount of digging out, and a 5.8m x 3.6m concrete slab in a farm workshop - needs to be thick enough for farm machinery and tractors, and tie in to a shed. Depth is 220mm but can have fill under.
