Concrete Repairs - Spalling in Foundation & Path

"LOOKING FOR QUOTES" 1. Four corners of the ring foundation is cracking (assuming this is spalling concrete), would like this repaired. One has kind of been repaired but will need fixing. (as per photos) 2. Concrete path has hole forming - concrete disintegrating , cut out hole & patch. Issue is about the size of a hand. No photo shown. I am assuming both tasks can be completed by the same tradie.
