Concrete pad for a Shed, edged with permanent framing, sand and gap 20 available

We need help to complete a concrete pad for a new shed while hubby deals with a medical issue. The area has already been dug and had 10cm of gap20 compacted and then sand compacted over it. We would like timber framing that will remain in to surround the pad, and a 10-12 cm thick concrete pad. The concrete part should be 2.8m wide by 2.65m ( excluding framing). we had planned for the framing to sit ontop of the already compacted layers. Hoping to have framing that is around 5cm wide that we can stain to match other features. We would be keen for you to use the onsite gap 20 and sand to mix your cement which will help clear our driveway! We have already bought polythene if needed under the concrete or to cover the pad. There is flat access from our drive way to the area which is 1.5-3 meters wide.
