Pizza oven base

I will need a concrete pad aprox 1200x1600, 100mm thickness. A 'u' shaped block base, 4 layers of breeze blocks high, with steel reinforcing in the concrete pad and also vertically up through the blocks. The block base needs to be 1mx1m square ( on the outside edges of the blocks).
