Aprox 70m2 Formwork some curves, to 100mm depth.

Hi there, I need aprox 70m2 ( I will get an accurate measure shortly) formed up with the below included: formwork staked (most form boards / stakes at site - some will be required) Polythene laid (supplied by me) Chairs (supplied by you me) Mesh (supplied by me) wire ties (supplied by me) needs to be done before 12 Jan !! hopefully someone is available for this, estimate / quote would be appreciated - and an indicator as to when it can be done. Thank you
