Spa pad

I need a 2.5 x 2.5 metre concrete pad as base for a spa pool. The designated area is currently mainly concreted in four sections but these sections aren’t flat. They have slight north south slope. Not sure if the area can built up a bit and resurfaced with new concrete or whether the existing concrete needs removal.
