Pour a concrete slab for a shed

I want a concrete base poured for the purpose of fixing a garden shed to it. The approximate shed size will be around 3.6 x 2.3 metres. The slab should have some additional area around it of approximately 500mm all around. The grass area has a minor slope currently, but this can be dug out and levelled somewhat in preparation for the slab if necessary.
