Base for a Small garden greenhouse

I am purchasing a 6foot by 8foot small greenhouse for my garden and would like it placed on a smooth concrete base......I have support to build the 'kit greenhouse'...so all good there.The existing ground is relatively flat and has pebbles on it which I can rake to one side in preparation for the cement base if this is helpful. Would like a cost and timeline in writing for completion please.
