Cracked ring foundation needs repair

The steel has rusted and popped out the concrete so the foundation needs repair and new drains so that the storm water drains away from the house on this side. The crack runs for about 10m. More concrete removal needed too if someone wants to take on both jobs but the repair needs to be seen to first as it is supporting the weight of the bricks.
