Tauranga lift shaft floor

I need to get foundation slab prepared for a small goods lift. There is an existing concrete slab that will be left in tact but this has a square hole that needs to be filled to be level with the existing slab. It would be best to tie starter rods into the slab to ensure there is no subsidence. The photo also shows a timber surround. This will need to be removed. The lift framing will then sit on this slab. I have attached a photo of the existing floor area - Note: Ram will be removed by lift contractor to leave square hole.
