Concrete pad and carport for 2 cars

Looking to build a car port. Need someone who can do the process from laying the concrete pad. To installing a car port for 2 cars. Need someone to quote - arrange council approval and install. There are 2 options available. Front garden or rear. But there might be some work required in regards to a retainer wall in the front. We are not sure. So need someone who can advise on the best for our needs.
