Concrete Floor Enhancements

I'm wanting to grind and poloish the concrete floor in my dining room, the area is approximately 24sqm's. The area has previously been covered in carpet which I have removed, there are some small holes around the edge of the room that may need filling along with a crack in the floor. There are also 2 smaller areas in the house (front door entrance - 6 sqm, and bottom landing - 6 sqm that I'd also like poloished. For contractors out of town I am able to provide a fully self-contained apartment for your use. You may wish to consider this as part of your pricing, particularly as I'd be prepared to offer it for free for 1 week during the time you undertake the work...including family. Cheers Paul
