20 centimeter crack in concrete floor, and slight uneven sloop forming in floor, the separation is from new concrete floor from existing foundation. I require quote of job to tell me if I need to worry about this, or quote for underpinning and re leveling. This has just been brought to our attention due to building report carried out for purpose of buying property so hence inspection required by qualified person to quote on job if needed to re-assess price of house being bought.
