Concrete slab for garage floor - rough estimate

The work will involve supplying and installing a concrete slab for a 6m x 10m garage (maybe 6m x 12m). We intend to buy a property that will need a new garage, so I am pricing up the garage build to assist us in making an offer on the property. The section is suburban, flat, and accessible, with a wide driveway and good truck access. We need a rough estimate at this point because you can't visit the site yet. The work would then be done later this year. (The photo is just for attention)
