Road crossing / run up for new carpad
Job description
We need to get a cost effective concrete road crossing / run up for a new car pad just put in at 28 Kuratawhiti street, Greytown . The Contractor will need to meet South Wairarapa District Council (SWDC) requirements as part of resource consent conditions - ie: “…Prior to s224, the new vehicle crossing serving Lot 1 shall be formed and concreted from the edge of the road carriageway to the property boundary in compliance with the Wairarapa Combined District Plan Appendix 5 – Requirements for Roads, Access, Parking and Loading and NZS4404. The consent holder shall provide evidence of compliance to the condition as part of the 224-certification process…” Photos attached give you an idea of how the run up needs to be situated, height of the road curbing etc. We are looking for decent work at a decent price (and will settle the invoice promptly once the work is delivered to standard). No time wasters please as we want to get this job done as soon as possible.

Good job - plenty of leg work done by Thomas to navigate the Council process associated with putting in a road crossing - this extended the time frame but we were kept informed and got there in the end - we would use Thomas again
