Concrete path required around house

I require a concrete path 5m long, right angle then another 3m. 1m wide. Current surface is grass and stones pretty much level ground. Path is to access clothesline from laundry. I would like an estimate first and then come and check the job out. Address is on Hayward Street, Featherston Access around the side of the house is pretty good Thank you
