New Concrete Foundations

I am in need of a concrete foundation for a shed (Duratuf KS3) that I have bought. "Custom concrete pad needs to be 3.365 x 0.860 and at least 30mm above ground level." Shed will be bolted down onto the pad. Workspace is narrow at just under 2 meters but there is access for trailers etc via the other side of the house. Looking for mid August ideally.
