Job description
We need a concrete pad completed out the front of our 3 car garage. It is approx. 9mX6m. The ground dips down where it will be going so some work will need to be done there with a digger etc

Owner prepped the concrete pad and subcontracted laying the concrete and the expansion cutting. This company was not the cheapest however, we still decided to go ahead with them as when we talked about it they seemed to know what they were talking about and what we wanted done. Job was quoted and we accepted. Job was quoted without mesh as we had wanted (was lucky we asked) so owner advised would be an additional $340, which we had no issue with. We have no issues with the concrete pad, it's been done to a satisfactory standard although the prep work could have been better. After job was completed the final invoice came through and it was $200 (give or take) more than originally quoted as owner forgot to add expansion cutting to the original quote which was a bit of pain given it was so close to Christmas.
