Concrete patio
Job description
Require a 4.5 X 4.0m (100mm) plain concrete (black oxide color) patio with rebar to be laid. I have dug out the area as shown in the photo. Please quote for boxing, compacting base, laying concrete patio as mentioned above and cutting expansion joints. I will seal it myself. Please quote if able to start job in near future as I require it to be done as soon as possible.

Very helpful, polite and professional. Stuck to his planned schedule as discussed, however, was not clear regarding extra cost for item not quoted for until invoice received - recommend checking quotes to ensure all aspects of the job accounted for. Owner / Operator did help off-set some of the extra costs and his advise and help made this a worthwhile job that I am happy with. Thank you guys.
