Car pad pull off

Please see attached some ideas of the property and the car pad we are trying to achieve. This is a rental but we want to put in a front fence also but don't want to do this in case we need to extend the corner for the pull-off area first. Attached are some ideas we had. Red line = boundary. Yellow line = Front small fence with gate Grey squares = concrete pad Unsure how feasible this idea is. Let me know your thoughts. Driveway also may need some repairs while you're at it with the pull-off area.
