Finish Concrete Path

We have a concrete path around half of our house already and would like the other half to be finished off. The position of the new path has already been marked out with wooden barriers and stones. The photos show what the existing path looks like - the unfinished path starts on pic one (near the shed) and there is a close up of this part of the unfinished path (pic 2), it then turns the corner (pic 3), and finally turns another corner and ends up at the deck (pic 4). Total length is approx 15m and width is 90cm.
