Resurface Outdoor Concrete Benchtop

Looking for somebody to fix our outdoor benchtop. We had the benchtop made recently but the finish isn’t great. Concrete is coloured a dark grey and was supposed to be a smooth finish. Looking for somebody to sand/grind (whatever needs doing) to a smooth/flat finish without compromising the structure as it has to hold a large amount of weight. It’s currently got dark and light patches all through it. Need the job completed asap.
