New raft slab, 60m2, almost firth standard with slight modifications. Min. concrete strength: 20MPa Min. cover 50mm typical, 40mm min at top of slab to allow for bottom plate bolt holddowns 3 HD12 bars in corners, 2.0m long each 3 HD12 bars to edge beam, 2 at bottom, 1 at top 1 HD12 bar to stem beam at bottom Site is pre-excavated, needs to be leveled approx another 100mm down, 100mm of hardfill, sand blinding, DPM. Needs coordination with drainage contractor.
