How much would you charge to throw the following? See attached plan. It is a 100mm thick and I would want steel reinforcing. Also the green section is an insert about 2cm from the edge with an area 1795x670mm that needs to be raised 40mm. The main base is: 0.39 cubic meters and the insert is 0.048 cubic meters (total is 0.44 cubic meters); if I have done the maths correctly. There is easy access to the site from the road.
